Built in 1736 and very recently renovated throughout to a high standard, the home is set in extensive grounds (around 15 hectares) that include a large swimming pool (18 x 8 metres) with a pool house.
The interiors have been lovingly and thoughtfully decorated and furnished in a largely contemporary style, with some fine antique pieces, whilst many of the original features, such as the floor tiles, beams and staircases, have been retained. Each room has its own separate and distinct personality, and one of them is dedicated to a famous guest, Albert Camus.
The 500-sqm bastide consists of seven bedrooms, four of which have air-con, six bathrooms, a large Orangerie used as a living and dining room, a pool room, guest WC, and a well-equipped kitchen.
