The main house features a spacious living room and dining area with sea views, a large terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the middle floor are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of which have a terrace. On the lower garden level there are two more bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms, both with sea views; also on this level is a spa area with a sauna, hammam and gym. All the bedrooms have independent access. There is also an additional building with two further double bedrooms with en-suite showers.

Outside, there is a patio with dining table for up to 10 people, barbecue area, swimming pool with waterfall and many outdoor living areas. There is also private road access to the beach.
