This stunning villa is situated in a very peaceful and intimate location in the natural preserve Limski kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and is surrounded on both sides by steep cliffs, sometimes up to 100 metres high.

Its name comes from the word ‘limes’, the Latin word for ‘border’. Limski kanal used to be a border between Pula’s and Poreč’s ager but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj.

This luxurious five-star villa is built in a contemporary style, offering lots of facilities for your relaxation. It sleeps up to 10 guests, and it can accommodate an extra two auxiliary staff.

The villa comprises five bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, TV and stereo surround system, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, and a dining area with a table for 10 people. In addition, at guests’ disposal are a very well equipped gym and spa area, and a billiard room with lounge area. All five bedrooms have a double bed but in one bedroom the beds can be separated. Furthermore, all of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a tub. Also, all the rooms have an open sea view.

A small airport located nearby allows the possibility for guests to arrive by private jet or helicopter. Our local concierge can also arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with islands, all the way to Dubrovnik in the south.
