A coral reef brightens the waters, as turtle often find refuge in this area. During whale season (December – May) it’s not unusual to see whale spouts in the distance along Kaho’olawe island.  Ocean views embrace this home from many levels while white sand beaches can be found within a five-minute drive or 20-minute walk.  Kayak tours launch frequently from neighbouring Makena Landing Park.

Offering luxurious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests, the villa features a contemporary warm style with four bedrooms, and a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar that flows openly to the living room and dining areas, offering panoramic ocean views as the great room doors slide open from both directions.

Outside is a private pool for guests to soak up the Maui sun or relax poolside on one of the sumptuous chaise lounge chairs. When the sun sets, the hot tub makes a perfect spot for stargazing, while the lanai also features a covered tiki bar and barbecue grill.  

The entire home is air-conditioned for constant comfort. Three of the guest suites boast en-suite bathrooms and the two top level guest suites feature private lanais for uninterrupted ocean views.  The lower level guest suite includes a comfortable sitting room with TV and sofa.  All three guest suites feature a king-size bed while the fourth bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The master suite features a walk-in closet and custom wood cabinetry throughout. All rooms come with flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray DVD players.

South Maui is full of fun for everyone and is only a five-minute drive to restaurants, shops and golf courses. Wailea is also well-known for its calm, warm water and there is close access to snorkelling, kayaking or SUP boarding, and even scuba diving.
