This is a Spanish-tiled two-story villa that has 7,400 square feet of interior space and another 3,000 square feet of outdoor space around the pool. It offers undercover and off-street parking for convenience.

Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with two queen beds, a television, and air conditioning. One room has a private bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity. The other bedrooms are upstairs and most have an en-suite bathroom for privacy.
