One of the most extensive private properties in the Amalfi coast, nestled among lushing Mediterranean vegetation
and lemon trees, hidden away from the surrounding towns, and overlooking the extraordinary Amalfi coast seaside, on a cliff, this villa features a large solarium and a seawater swimming pool, as well as private access to the sea.
Stone walls and concrete vaults lend a contemporary feel to the interiors. The houses have been constructed out of
local stone, with an eco-friendly and nature-immersive approach, connecting buildings to the surrounding landscape. The property features an indoor well-equipped kitchen (for staff use only) featuring all professional tools for cooking. There is an outdoor kitchen with grill, electric pizza oven and wood fireplace. Current owners have restored the estate to its original layout, using local materials only, choosing a palette of colours to contrast and match that of the sea. This is a relaxed retreat filled with a contemporary vibe, full of natural, delicate light and a welcoming atmosphere.
In total there are eight bedrooms decorated in elegant, contemporary style with relaxing white walls, soft fabrics and bespoke furnishing.
The estate included 35,000 square metres of grounds, a vegetable garden and a small animal farm, accommodating 16 guests.
Although Italy’s architecture and village structure are
naturally challenging in case of mobility limitations, this
villa is quite fit for the elderly as it features two electric
cars to move inside the estate
