The Moorish influences of the architecture, with geometric designs on the shutters and ceilings, all elegant reminders of the region’s rich cultural history.

A secret door leads to a further rooftop terrace that, many years ago, the owner built to hear the townsfolk sing songs dedicated to local fisherman at the church of “A Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes.”
