Six Senses Ninh Van Bay resort in sits on a dramatic bay looking out to the East Vietnam Sea so it can only be approached by water – giving the illusion of being on a remote island. Impressive rock formations, a white sand beach, and a backdrop of towering mountains all add to the sense of being luxuriously at one with nature.

Among the most spectacular and secluded of the resort’s accommodations is the stunning new three-bedroom Water Reserve, which is set in its own private bay, perched on rock formations and facing west to the setting sun.

Access to the Reserve is by a walkway or a private speedboat. The private infinity pool blends naturally with the horizon and surrounding boulders. There is a jetty for direct access to the sea. Housed in individual pavilions are a two-story living area with a dining room on the ground floor and the master and second bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, which offer a handmade bathtub and shower. The upper floor of the living room pavilion can be converted to a third bedroom with a toilet and shower. There is also an outdoor cinema and wine fridge. A GEM (Guest Experience Maker) is on call 24 hours a day.
